The INCAREHEART buyers group from 5 different countries around Europe (SE, IT, EL, PT, TK) invites potentially interested bidders to participate in the questionnaire (until end of August) and the online open market consultation meetings in preparation of their upcoming pre-commercial procurement: 17 June (in Greek), 18 June (in Portuguese), 29 June (in English). The aim is to develop innovative ICT-enabled integrated care solutions to advance multidisciplinary health and care for patients with chronic heart failure, in particular regarding early diagnosis and anticipatory care, care and follow-up, living with heart failure.
