EULAC PerMed project aims to integrate countries from the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region in the ICPerMed (International Consortium of Personalised Medicine (PerMed) and the ERANet ERAPerMed, as a means to widen the international scope of PerMed R&I related policies, increasing and encouraging a worldwide implementation of PerMed approaches across the whole healthcare value chain.
The project organises a webinar entitled “International Data Sharing in Personalized Medicine” next March 15th 2022 from 15:00 to 17:00 CET. The presenter Dr Pilar Nicolas, will cover different topics such as:
- Guarantee the data subjects rights in a data sharing policy.
- GDPR (general data protection regulation) tools for international data sharing. Obstacles for international scientific research.
- Drafting a data transfer agreement for international data sharing with scientific research purposes.
- Alternatives models for international data sharing. Legal implications.
The webinar will end with a Q&A session.
